No support!

We tried the grade 1 app and my daughter seemed to like it so I bought the bundle K-5 and learned two things:

1) there is almost no troubleshooting support - no phone number and a way to send messages but there is no evidence that anyone anywhere is reading them so we currently can use the app as designed.

2) beware you have to repurchase this app for each such successive kid - too expensive.

Too bad as the questions are fine.
